Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or using ChildPulse, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services. You represent that you are a parent or legal guardian with authority to consent to monitoring of minor children.
ChildPulse is operated by SafeNest Technologies Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom.
Eligibility & Responsibilities

Eligibility & Account Creation
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and a parent or legal guardian to create a ChildPulse account. By creating an account, you confirm you have legal authority to consent to monitoring of the children you add to your family group.
Parental Consent & Child Privacy
You represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child whose device you monitor. You consent on behalf of your child to the collection and use of their data as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree to inform your child about monitoring in an age-appropriate manner.
Permitted Use
ChildPulse is designed exclusively for lawful parental monitoring of your own minor children. You may not monitor adults without explicit consent, monitor children not under your guardianship, or engage in surveillance that violates applicable laws. Misuse results in immediate termination.

Location Tracking
GPS accuracy varies by device, network, and environment. Not a sole safety measure.
Content Filtering
No filter is 100% accurate. Some content may be incorrectly blocked or allowed.
Safety Alerts
Not a substitute for emergency services. Contact local emergency services.
Important Notice
ChildPulse is a monitoring tool to assist parental supervision, not replace it. Always maintain open communication with your children and use multiple safety measures. In any emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
Subscription & Billing
Terms related to paid plans and billing.
Free Trial
Available for new users. Cancel before trial ends to avoid charges.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal date.
Cancel Anytime
Access continues through current billing period. No partial refunds.
Refunds
Generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Platform-Specific Terms
Important information about Android, iOS, and cross-platform features.
Android
Requires Device Administrator and Accessibility Services permissions for full monitoring features.
iOS
Full monitoring requires Supervised Mode via Apple Configurator or MDM enrollment.
Cross-Platform
Data syncs across web, iOS, and Android. Sync frequency varies by network conditions.
Legal Terms
Warranties, liability, and legal provisions.
Disclaimer of Warranties
ChildPulse is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service or 100% accuracy.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify ChildPulse from claims arising from your use, violations, or infringement of others' rights.
Governing Law
Terms governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
Account Termination
By You: Delete your account anytime via settings. All data removed within 30 days.
By Us: We may terminate for Terms violations, unlawful use, or harmful activity.
Effect: Rights to use ChildPulse cease immediately upon termination.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we provide at least 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification.
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, delete your account before changes take effect.
