ChildPulse terms at a glance

By using ChildPulse, you agree to these Terms. Parents/guardians create and manage family accounts and must ensure minors have appropriate consent.

Use the dashboard and agents only for lawful family or organizational monitoring. Do not reverse-engineer, circumvent security, or misuse data.

Keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse or policy violations.

Paid plans renew monthly. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Processing is governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, Data Processing Agreements. You remain the controller for your family data.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change; we will give reasonable notice for material changes.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.
